Please read these terms carefully before using the SHLDR platform.
01 Introduction
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SHLDR website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"), operated by SHLDR Healthcare Technologies Private Limited ("SHLDR", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
02 Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, browsing the Platform, or booking any service through SHLDR, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the Platform.
03 Eligibility
To use SHLDR, you must be at least 18 years of age or using the Platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. You must also be capable of forming a legally binding contract under applicable law.
04 Description of Services
SHLDR is planned to provide access to the following service categories, subject to availability in your location: Ambulance booking and dispatch, Lab Test booking, and Blood Bank search.
SHLDR acts as a facilitator connecting users with independent diagnostic labs, blood banks, and transport operators. SHLDR does not itself provide medical treatment, diagnosis, or emergency medical response.
05 User Accounts & Registration
Certain features of the Platform require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep this information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
06 User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate medical, contact, and location information when booking a service.
- Use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
- Treat healthcare providers, drivers, and support staff with respect.
- Not misuse emergency features for non-emergency purposes.
- Promptly report any suspected fraud, error, or safety concern to SHLDR support.
07 Booking & Service Usage
Services booked through SHLDR are subject to provider availability, location coverage, and applicable verification checks. SHLDR will make reasonable efforts to confirm bookings promptly but does not guarantee availability at all times or in all locations.
08 Payments
Pricing, payment methods, and billing terms for each service will be displayed at the time of booking once the Platform is live. SHLDR plans to support standard digital payment methods. Detailed payment terms, applicable taxes, and refund conditions will be published and linked from this section prior to launch.
09 Cancellations
Cancellation windows and any associated charges vary by service type. Full details are set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
10 Prohibited Activities
- Impersonating another person or misrepresenting your medical information.
- Attempting to interfere with, hack, or disrupt the Platform's systems.
- Using the Platform to harass, threaten, or abuse providers or other users.
- Booking services with fraudulent intent or without genuine need.
- Reproducing, reselling, or scraping Platform content without written consent.
11 Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform — including the SHLDR name, logo, design, illustrations, and software — is the property of SHLDR Healthcare Technologies Private Limited or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute this content without prior written permission.
12 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SHLDR shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to delays in service, provider conduct, or outcomes resulting from services arranged through the Platform.
13 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold SHLDR, its officers, employees, and partners harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third party's rights.
14 Third-Party Providers
Drivers, diagnostic labs, and blood banks available through SHLDR are independent third parties, not employees of SHLDR. While we apply a verification process before onboarding any provider, SHLDR is not responsible for the professional conduct, treatment decisions, or service quality delivered directly by these third parties.
15 Emergency Services Disclaimer
SHLDR does not directly operate ambulances or employ paramedical staff; these services are provided by verified third-party transport and medical partners.
16 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Guntur, Telangana.
17 Changes to Terms
SHLDR reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
